Little job fitted this morning, I wouldn't normally do gates but this is for our NHS as part of their "social distancing" measures to create a seating area at a local clinic,
This used to be a kind of balcony accessible from a door which is now a window, probably intended as a smoking area when this was built in the 60's
So a gate was needed, and they wanted something that matched the railing, so made this up, and plastered it in Hammerite.
Set to with a grinder and make a gap, post is fitted here
And done, obligatory coffee cup for scale
The inside has a locking bolt fitted, and will be fitted with a standard nhs suited padlock
