second picture looks like there wasnt enough voltage, the last one i would say 0,7-0,5 m/min of wire less and it would be top class. your lap joints looks great.playing around with scrap..

but a very nice constant movement, no doubt youll get the hang of it in no time.
you should aim for a slightly concave profile of the weld.

it was done on Ar96% O2 4% MIX, 30-31V cleaned steel 6-12mm

I already work as a welder just the company isnt very good ,i want to move on to a different companyyou dont need scrap anymore to practice but an experienced welder to guide you at work. you can always start as a fitter at heavy construction work, prove your skills and talk to your manager. a lot of fitters know how to weld, so they will tell you how to get the job done. and its a nice job, youll earn skills in drawings, grinding, welding, plasma cutting, gantry or even cnc bending - i would say its the best route to start a welding career.
you see that little spatter everywhere? and the profile of the bead more on a convex side, possibly crackling sound, add some more voltage to it. the arc will get more stability and a neat sound. you are somewhere near it.Another friday afternoon of practice
