You need roller tube expanders they use them on steam boilersView attachment 132573 is there anyone on here that can do this sort of thing??
I have the same set for straightening exhausts and making the odd socket. Great piece of kit I normally tighten it a bit then loosen it off, rotate it in the pipe and tighten it again and keep repeating until I have the desired diameter. Hydraulic one would be so much better though.I have a Huth zorst bender with a hydraulic tube expander bolted to the side, if you are this way at all you are more than welcome to use it. I got one of those cheapy exhaust expanders off ebay to straighten out exhaust tube sockets while on the trucks, that is more than capable of forming the odd socket, would not want to do a production run with it though.

what size is it ? (it looks pretty small on the photo... or maybe that's just me)
I have a set of tube expanders for refrigeration work (thick wall copper pipe)
kit was pretty cheap on ebay (sub £20 iirc)
