No I don’t mate i don’t bend the exhausts with this machine, I have to buy the bends, I do sometimes use it to put a slight curv in exhaust tube. It’s mainly for roll cage stuff. Bash bars ect. chevy2 on here has the same bender, it’s a hilmor rotary 3 old as! But does the job.

    Very nice fitup.

Purging will take your game to the next level, which is where you should be at already, with such nice execution otherwise!

A little messy but put a little fill in from a turn out to merge collector to finish up

Nice welds indeed:thumbup: ...that's a terrible solution for mounting the Harley rear master cylinder by packing it out with washers:confused:

Must admit it does look like washers in that picture but I don’t believe it is. I can’t comment for sure.

Coming out ok, got the turn out merged in to the collector with some curved shaped stainless plate.

Today I decided to try back purging on these headers for a 582ci 900hp corvette
I always find it har to appreciate some things until I’ve done them myself. Also I’m very fussy and never happy with the stuff I make however today was a good day and I was impressed with the purging of stainless!

Yes nice work, only downside to back purging is the amount of extra gas used.
