As a follow on to dealing with DVLA over my PCV renewal.
I am now having to deal with OVO energy.
Changed to OVO about 2 weeks before it all went pear shaped, so got a good 2 year deal - electric only, nearest gas main is 7 miles away, so oil for heating.
Have sent readings in for 3 months (on or about 1st of month), so far they have only charged us the daily standing charge, not for the electric used, about 508kwhr for the 2 months.
If I look on the usage graph it shows what we've used each month, but an error message when I try and see the cost.
Now we have a 3 phase economy 7 meter and OVO want both day and night readings, But we are on a single rate tariff as it's cheaper.
Customer service person was most surprised to get a call from someone who had not been charged for the electric used, it's been passed to the billing dept. who will get back to me.
I wonder a.) whether I'll get a call back and b.) how long it will take to sort out.
Only good thing is we pay by DD every month and I've worked out we are in credit by enough so that when they do sort it out, the DD won't have to increase due to there error.
