I have a machine coolant receiver - basically a large flat tank - that slides under a big CNC lathe for the coolant to drain back into. It's been left outside by the previous owner so is rusty and I'm going to grit blast it to bare metal and re-spray it but what with ?
I'm not equipped for 2K (no mask etc). I seem to remember that there is a very good oil resistant paint used inside machine castings like lathe gear boxes, but can't remember the name - can anyone help my poor old dying grey cells with a name?
. . . or suggest other suitable paint systems that will take constant total immersion ?
