Got a Wolf orbital sander, and when I went to use it for the first time I discovered that air come out as soon as you plug it in to the line, not just when I pull the trigger - is this right?
It's coming out of the exhaust btw not just leaking out of somewhere.
Sounds like the vanes inside are sticking ,can you assit it starting up by hand(carefully).....is compressor set to max pressure ?check the posts on impact wrenches,da's are a big consumer of air also ,so large pipes ,no restrictions etc..Gav
sorry didn't see,"not just when i pull the trigger"...did you buy it local or was it delivered ,if local take it back ,if delivered phone the supplier and ask them what they will do ,Gav......
the tool doesn't start working as soon as I plug it in, it just leaks air, doesn't sound like it's coming out of a small gap either, as it's not a high pitched hiss.
