I was going through some old photo's at my Mum's the other day and came across this one of my Grandad welding. My Grandad had a typical 1950/60's country agricultural/repair/recovery/garage/fuel/ etc business. He was in transport during the war and bought a Army lorry when the war finished. The photo was taken I believe in the 60's, but I don't know who by.
I wonder if anyone into military stuff knows anything about the belt buckle he is wearing?
I always remember his belt was a large metal lap seatbelt from some 60's car, but hard to see in the scan, this one has a swastika on it!
