Spent a bit of time last night trying to get some settings worked out on my non-synergic pulse power source.
This is 10mm aluminium, 1mm 5356 wire, could really use some 1.2mm as I ran out of wire speed on my spool gun at this voltage.
21v, 40% pulse variation, 35% pulse width, 85Hz pulse.
The business end of things, generic chinese spoolgun, they're not great to be honest:
Simple push, no manipulation:
Vertical up weaved over the top of the above weld, too hot:
3 run, stepped forwards, pause:
The above weld before putting the other 2 runs over:
