No - not a complaint about my sex life.
I've been practising b utt/seam welding on two sheets of 1mm steel side by side, and when I manage to get a reasonable looking weld on the side I see, the penetration on the back is really lookiong almost non-existent.
I've tried upping the power, and faffing about with wire speed, but I tend to get blow through with any power setting other than "low" (migmate 130).
I know it's incredibly difficult to give advice when you can't see my actually doing what I'm doing, but if anyone has any ideas as to what is going wrong, that would be great.
Cheers - Mark
