Hey folks,
First of can I say how excellent this site is!!
I've enroled in a welding class at Oatridge college (Broxburn near Edinburgh) and it's going well. I seem to be picking it up fairly quickly, mind you I'm concentrating on MIG and staying clear off MMA.
Keep blowing holes in the metal that I'm working on, but I guess I'll get better with time.
I decided to learn to weld as I have classic Mini that really could do with a new floor and other various panels are gonna have to be replaced soon.
I was wondering if anyone can recommend a good quality MIG welder and do you think I'd be better using Gas or Non Gas?
Cheers
Ozzy
