Need some metal bending

Hi would anyone on here be able to provide the steel and bend for me, out of 5mm plate near wrexham. struggling to find somewhere to do it as its a small job. Thanks

The drawings a bit ambiguous. It needs more detail of the bit on the left.
Edit: just figured it out - been a long day. Thought you wanted something anvil shaped!

Inside but isn't that critical only critical dimension is the 630mm
