I'm sorry - but I confess, I have a lathe 'itch to scratch'.
I have no real need for one - but I want one! Well, it's Christmas - so that's good enough isn't it? (
Anyway, with no real project in mind apart from the occasional spacer, I've been looking at the 'more inexpensive' end of the buying spectrum. I've come across this on Ebay. Trouble is, not being a machinist (Last time I used a lathe was almost 40 years ago in college) I have no idea if it's worth anything at all, or what to look at if I make the trip to see it.
There are no tools with it - just what's in the picture.

Any words of wisdom please?
Thanks.

I'd really like a lathe and mill combined - but I'm only after spending a couple of hundred, so that's more than unlikely..)
