I made this a month ago .......... fairly self-explanatory. It works as it should, but I think it's a 2 person job to roll steel and stop it from leaning over. I used 150 X 75 mm channel and a mate of mine turned the rollers and put grooves in the bottom 2.
With the rollers as close together as I can get them, it is possible to roll 12 mm round bar (below) into about 150 mm diameter. I have rolled some 20 X 20 X 1.6 mm SHS into about a 400 mm circle. The smaller the rings, the harder it is to remove them.
