I have finally got around to build my own oil drum BBQ. I am orginally from South Africa and the half drum BBQ's or braai is very popular there. Ever since I was about 10 I decided I want to build a oil drum BBQ. Well it only took me 21 years.

I bought a Sip welder on ebay a few years back but never got around to using it. I made a square frame machine trolley for my table saw as a first project and this is my second.
I don't have any gas so I am using flux core wire and my welds are horrific but they seem to be strong enough.
