I have just spent 4 days welding arches into the cab of my Austin 101 (J type), my old ones having rotted away. This is my first resto project and the arches are my first challenging welding project...so be kind
But I am really pleased with the results and now feel like there is nothing I won't be able to manage on t he project. Being able to weld is a coming of age experience, isn't it! Even at 43

I was going to try uploading the pics, but you use a different system here, so as most of us skip back and forth between the two sites, I hope nobody minds me providing a link which will lead people away for a bit.
