Ok, recently i welded up an exhaust for a car that i was trying to sell.
Car is sold, and i believe i came on and promised pics to get some feedback on my technique and then i never came through so here they are.
This is standard crush bent exhaust pipe, im used to mandrel as its better for performance but i used this because its cheap, and just gotta work.
Welder is a Campbell-hausfeld (for the exact model & specs you can look at my past pots) MIG, using flux core .035" wire.
The last pic the weld furthest to the right is just spot welded btw, what looks like a bunch of weld is just that, i had to cut off the old exhaust and didnt feel like cleaning that up too much (just had to work lol)
Let me know what you think, or if you need more detail
I thought it came out pretty nice, because all the welds are air tight, i tested them.
