Mini trestles

Hi to all.
Another small welding job.

I had to lift and old wheel barrow from the ground, to save the rubber wheel from destruction.

So I made 2 trestles (230mm high) with offcuts laying around in the garage.

I stand mine up the other way or the main tube fills up with water via the handles

 

rubber gloves or condoms,or,dont lose the hand grips

you need a wheel cover on it to stop uv light

 

wouldnt last 5 minutes here before the dogs had them off and chewed them up

 

mine never had hand grips

 

Nothing to do with wheelbarrows, but I've been to Padova twice We were trying to sell asset management software to the Italian Army, and Padova was the HQ of the group we were selling to.
Failed, but some good food and wine was consumed in the process

 

I don't quite understand the need for these ?
Could you post a Photo of the wheel barrow on the trestles ?

 

Sure, this afternoon I should manage to take a photo of the (50+ years old) thing.

 

And here they come.
On the sides of the wheel supports, there is the old lifting system (as a spare, should the trestles fail)

The wheel is new. On the previous photos you can see the original axle, that I will restore and fit with an all steel wheel (in a future moment of craziness)
