Hi All, I have an issue I can't work out. Its an older Weldwell Steadymig 375 - 350/375A 3 phase. A few issues. I think the (3 phase) relay signal may have a problem as the main relay did and now doesn't fire in, even after changing out (don't think both relays were stuffed and they both showed 80 ohms across coils). Think maybe its not getting a proper signal from the board. The gas solenoid has constant power on, so free flows. Solenoid seems fine when tested. The trigger is working as the same trigger signal operates the feeder, which does work, although all I see is a 20 volt drop when triggered. I am wondering if this is likely a board problem. board is powered by 120volt transformer that also powers the relay. A smaller transformer in the wire feeder uses 60 volts to feed the trigger. Oldie but a nice powerful OTT - DIY welder I would like to keep firing if I can. Any thoughts on this or how to trace or if anyone mysteriously has a wiring diagram. Cheers Terry.
