Just pricing up a turbo install on my engine. It's a limited budget jobby, i.e. I pay for turbo and sort everything else out myself. My question was, can you weld pipes without getting flash/slag on the inside of the pipe.
Obviously it'll disrupt the airflow so I want a smooth pipe inside. Thinking since it's not structural, will a low power weld, with low penetration, be up to job with maybe some kind of tape/wrapping on the outside for a little strength.
Of course, there is the option of brazing but I don't really know much about this.
Any tip's would be great, cos if I can't do it myself, I'll have to save more money.
