Can build roof 4 metres high without planning permission
Why..?I don’t think it is all quite as simple as that........
The garage door is front ,the white doors are shed and the opening at the back will be bricked upcan you draw it out
cant distinguish between what is the back of the garage and a cover to the outhouse building
its simple as long as they draw it out and show how they intend to do
within reason though
Why..?
The back bit bricked up will have a doorway in centreMy understanding is that a carport doesn't need planning permission but has to be open on at least two faces. However enclose 3 or more sides and you need to apply for permission.

Only other photo as of yet the front of house, will take more tomorowstill means nothing other than the whole back wall of the garage is a brick wall at side of the house
what i need to see is the garage at side of house the back wall of garage and your sheds possible with the sheds with an open patch at side of the house
My mates a builder he came round looked and said everythings fine aslong as roof stays under 4mHard to tell from pics but within 1 or 2m of a boundry the height limit is 2.5m.
I would suggest you have a good read at the permit development documentation before proceeding any further.
Pitched roof under 4.something. Flat roof 2.4 but that's not the only consideration. My mates a builder he came round looked and said everythings fine aslong as roof stays under 4m
