Had a walk down to the harbour today to watch them, about 500 went in with a few thousand spectators, all in aid of the RNLI. At least is was a nice day for it.
They used to have it here in the bay, called it the "Polar Bear Plunge" and they had to chainsaw a hole in the ice.
