Very basic, Chinese mass import, likely no backup or little in the way of a guarantee out with the eBay 90 days, seller is just a box pusher for general and mixed items, quality looks fairly low.
As with most welders of this type it may work or blow up at first switch on, it may crap out after a week/month or may continue to work for years.
The price is relatively low so it may be worth the risk on the chance it may last.
Personally I wouldn't but I can see the attraction.
Same category as the first one although at least the first had HF start, that one is just lift start.
If you don't mind taking a risk with £100 then it may well be worth going for the first one. It might work out well or it might not, so if you can afford to take a chance you might be throwing £100 away then go for it.
To get something with a reliable UK backup/guarantee you will be looking at least double, maybe more.
Can you recommend a half decent one as I have a cebora mig which has a burned out transformer sourcing a new one but also wanted a stick welder/tig as a back up for car/truck work
Not really much at the price you are looking at except the cheap Chinese ones.
You could get a decent enough stick welder for not too much more but it would just be scratch start Tig and you would need a valved torch, some may also have Lift start. Something like a Parweld XTS162 would be in that group and probably about £200 kind of mark but at least they have an excellent no quibble warranty, 3 years I think although may now be even longer.
To get a proper DC Tig with HF, Gas solenoid valve good warranty/support in the UK etc you will probably be looking at about £500.
