I've just upgraded my Hager CU from 2 x RCD & 10 MCB to 11 RCBO.
Strange problem, on the old setup there were 2 lighting circuits running from 1 MCB - everything worked OK - split them onto 2 RCBO's and they keep tripping, run both an a single RCBO and it's OK again.
Normally I'd do R1 + R2 at the far end, but most of the lights are LED fittings (not lamps), so not easy.
I've run out of time for today, and any way the circuits need to be better arranged, at the moment it's kitchen plus hallway on no. 1 and everything else on no. 2.
It's a double fronted bungalow, so will split left and right, with hallway on left (less rooms)
Kitchen is 2 way lighting and hallway is 3 way (2 lights) at the back and 2 way (1 light) at the front (51' long). A lot of the wiring is t & e plus single & earth, with too many junction boxes.
I suspect that the kitchen fitters when adding LED lights in the kitchen have connected something up wrong, but that was 2 years ago.
