I've bought this: the Sealey MIGHTYMIG100 Professional No-Gas MIG Welder 100Amp 230V
https://www.amazon.co.uk/Sealey-MIG...qid=1539429187&sr=8-1&keywords=mighty+mig+100
I bought it to weld two exhaust pieces together- the metal is as you can guess real thin and I don't want to screw it up- I decided to take up a short week length course in welding so I could be better at this hobby and during the course we used gas flux core mig welders- on the first day I forgot to turn on the
gas and saw what dreadful welding resulted as opposed to when the gas was on.
Suffering from buyers remorse but it's too late to get it refunded now sadly-
The welder I've bought says no gas but it comes with flux core wire... very confused . Does this mean I can buy something else (some sort of attachment) to make it work with gas or something? Is there still hope?
