I’ve just purchased a Kemppi evo 200 today and find that the gas and wire feed keep stopping. To get it going again I need to keep turning the machine off at the on off switch, then it will work again for an undetermined time. Only welding 2mm duragal and no weld is over 50mm long. Any advice what going on.

Wire feed could be the motor...I've had issues. They're basically a cheap generic motor...I managed to clean mine and get it running again.
If you turn off/on and then feed the wire...if you can stop the feed easily the motor might need looking at. Mine wouldn't weld over a couple mm because it couldn't keep up with the wire feeding.
