found this whilst browsing the tube, how scuba tanks are made, however they do say the procedure is the same for industrial gas cylinders as well. quite interesting to see how the close the top of the cylinder off without 'welding' it. I also assumed that they were just plain mild steel, but they claim to be CrMo in the vid
