About to start building a little project for work and although i'd tried a couple of inside corner joints, it was with really thin stock so it was just all too easy to fabricate 'ventilation features' into the job.
just tried a couple of runs on some 3" 3mm box. I fairly happy with them for a first proper go at it but I think I need to somehow make bigger movements as it all looks a bit too tightly stacked. It didn't feel like I could make bigger movements with it though, what can i do? more current? force more filler in? more time between movements?
I'm using a wp9 at around 120amps so can't really push it too much more (Or i'll have to swap to a 26 if that's the only solution)
Ta!
