I'm sure everyones well aware that the titchy wheels and handles that come on diy mig welders are pretty useless and back breakingly unergonomic when it comes to moving them any distance.
what I've done is built a little frame on an old wheel barrow frame (with the rotten butt removed) to hold the welder and gas bottle, this is great for taking it to other projects that cannot be moved easily, especially over uneven ground, slinging a toolbox on there too........you get the picture.
sorry about the poor paint picture, I dont have my camera or welder with me....I love ms paint
we've made loads of barrow conversions now, started with an old oil cooled arc, then a new aircooled arc, then a pressure washer, and now my little mig. not so good if you're short on storage space
hope this helps someone
