Bought this contraption the other day. Having started to set it up and binning/replacing various little poor quality bits and bobs; it occurred to me that this, if it works properly should be capable of producing somewhere around 60amps of electrical power. So my thoughts are; not to use a 13amp plug as it might either blow the fuse or fail to cope/produce the max amps. This machine only has two wires from the mains cable, a brown and a blue and no earth! I have a 32 amp switched industrial round socket and a separate 16amp socket circuit available and I am thinking of using a 32amp plug. Would this be of any use rather than using a 13amp plug. Should I also investigate the two wires only issue and change it for a suitable 3 wire and ground the machines body with it? I am clearly not an electrician and do only have limited knowledge but will be happy to hear and know your views please.
Many thanks in anticipation!
Ps I should make it clear, I have a 32amp socket and I have several 13amp sockets which are on a 16amp rcb so I don't have a 16amp round socket. If that helps!!
