Hi guys,
I want to buy a 1 liter pure Argon bottle for occasional mig welding aluminum, and because it's very portable and I can put it easily in the back of my car.
In my country I only found the TELWIN brand 1 liter single usage bottles with following specifications:
-volume : 950 cc
-pressure : 60 barr at 20 degrees C
-weight : 1120 gr
My torch has a 13 mm gas nozzle so how much do you think I can weld continuously with a 5 L/min of flow rate ?
And another thing...Can I adapt my normal regulator (with 2 manometeres) which I use for MAG welding steel and what should I need because the regulator specific with this small bottle comes without any manometer so you can't read the pressure (results waste of gas) or the remains of argon in the bottle and I only found this?
instead of the one below and this is identical to mine, which I want to use with this bottle.
Is there any kind of adapter that can plug directly to the normal regulator ?
