hi guys i have a co2 regulator from my local pub its a twin guage one with all the fittings for the pub bottle i have which is good its also got a screw to adjust the outlet pressure.
2 questions i have
the 1st one is what pressure should i have on the oulet side to use for welding with a mig i know the flow rate ie 8-10 lpm but dont know the pressure in psi???
the 2nd one is i dont know what size the oulet thread is on the regulator here is a pic of the regulator off line i will take a close up tonight of the threads as i want to use a gas flow meter on the regulator but they only come in 3/8 bsp is that 3/8 of an inch how could i measure that to know as im not sure

here is the link of the pic but i will post my own pic up tonite of the outlet connection im not sure if it is 1/4 or 3/8
also what size is the bottle connection i have the pipe and and the nut which fits fine but its alot bigger than the outlet if the bottle connection is a 3/8 then the flowmeter will def not fit my oulet connection of my reg
sorry to ramble on i just want to get on to me welding without wasting loads of gas lol
