Set of very heavy over engineered gates for a place in Central London.
Still have the stainless steel control posts for the magnetic locks to fit at a later date.
Made form 100x50 box frames, with 50x10 flat verticles, and the infills athat make the curves are also 50x10 flat. Front fascia panel is 250x10 flat.
Who knows why it was designed to be quite that heavy! It was a real pain to fit.
The top panel needed to be put in last and it had to go in from the inside.
Had to alter it, cut 40mm of the overall length to get it to fit due to the run out of the wall (red arrows)....Which wasnt picked up at the time of measuring
Site manager wasnt listening to us and decided it was only the render that was stopping it going in, so he decided to chip it all off. Still didnt fit So we took it back to the yard and cut it about.
