For work we've just had some 20mm thick plate rolled to 1980mm diameter, not as big as in the video, but it was brilliant to watch.
I remember seeing a video on Korean shipbuilding ages ago where there were guys shaping plate with propane burners and compressed air. They were sat on wheeled office chairs on the plate, heating from side to side and just wheeling back along the plate as its nose started to lift. I thought that there's no way that still happens like that, but last year I got to visit and sure enough, there was a shed full of about 20 guys all on office chairs doing it. They were doing some pretty complex compound curves too.
