If you make them, turn the rear boss first then chuck that up and turn everything else in one setup. The 5/8" bore, 1.25" OD and flange face must be perfectly true to each other. Oh, and the 1.25" thread is left hand.
Nice little 2"x 5/8" bore pulley arrived, very good fit on the grinding spindle.
Centre drilled a piece of 5/8" silversteel to use between centres. But try as I might, I cant get the tailstock dialed in.
So I’ve made a start on turning them out of stock.

You can just see the test thread in the jaws. Thread is 1 1/4x16.
