Hi there
I think I have a weak gas valve in the torch for my 155T. When I open the regulator, and with the trigger not pressed, there's just audible hissing at the tip of the torch; increases when the trigger is pulled.
I've had the torch stripped, and tried to lubricate the valve plunger with a dash of WD40, but it doesn't seem to have improved matters.
Am I right in thinking that these are what I need as a replacement for the torch for this machine (it's the original one)?
If so, could anyone enlighten me how the gas hose attaches to the valve block? Is this is screw thread? I know the wire feed is just a screw fit, but unsure about the gas hose connection...
Thank you very much,
Jeroen
