Hi all, after posting about SW2005 and getting bad vibes about using old software that wasn't paid for, I took what appeared to be the consensus and downloaded Fusion 360 from AutoCad.
Now, some of you CAD experts may already think I'm an idiot but, 360 doesn't seem to want to work with W10 on my PC, is there an issue with this combination?
I recently 'upgraded' my desktop as it was over 10 years old and I knew I wanted to do some design work, so I am running W10 on an HP Z800, dual Xeon, 24Gb RAM, which I thought would have been entirely adequate.
However, trying to get the 360 installation to do what I want is proving troublesome.
I have been looking at the various tutorial videos, but even some of the 360 tool ribbons don't look the same on my machine.
Help appreciated chaps.
