I had some time in a light fab shop recently helping zip up some different parts.
Autogenous corner seam in mild 1.2mm sheet and Open corner in 1.6 mild with 1mm filler.
I struggle with the filler as it flexes during any feed attempt so found getting it into the corner a chore.
I nuked one part and they are pricey to ruin, lots of recangular holes, pressed in captive nuts and multiple fold operations to make a sturdy enclosure.
I have one more chance to impress - I should have scrounged some 1mm filler to practise with this week..
I was using a Lorch with a nice pedal, water cooled ck. All very nice.
Made my MW2200 JOB with air coold torch and no pedal look a bit clunky.
