Hi all,
In the process of selecting an AC/DC TIG single phase welder and currently considering the Picotig 200 AC/DC and the Tectrix 230 AC/DC (along with a couple non EWM options).
Just wanted to know if the Picotig line is limited in any way in terms of features and welding processes compared to the Tectrix line, (other than the lack of "official" support for water cooling and automated use)?
Also, noticed that the Tectrix line now comes in 3 variants - Smart, Comfort, and Comfort 2.0. Is there any compelling reason to select one over another, or is it just a matter of control layout preference?
Thanks for any input!
