Esab Migmaster 280 Spoolgun socket Question

Hello all, So as stated I have a Migmaster 280 and I’m trying to I’d the socket as I have a Miller Spoolmatic 30A I would like to run off this machine. In the manual there is a schematic of the electrical circuits but no reference, I’m not an electrician so maybe someone can help me out here. A shot of the 8 pin socket.

Here is a shot of the schematic from the manual

The socket would be where the red brace is, I need,
1) Ground
2) 24v (dc)
3) a trigger signal back to the welder

The Miller Spoolmatic has its own wire speed and gas. I cannot find anything other than what’s in the manual on the 280.

A & B are the trigger,
D is motor +
E is Motor -
F & H outer pot wires
G pot wiper

Measure the resistance of the pot in the spool gun and see what that is before connecting anything up.
I don't think they are compatible so you'll probably have to change it.

Or, put a voltmeter across E & D and short out A & B and see if you can change the voltage using the speed control on the panel.
