Bobbes, you have good knowledge about the, last day I had a chance to plug one of them, from 3 grean led's just 2 showed up and one with output V doesn't showed up. I checked manual, it talk about "test board" How I can prepare that?

Thank you bobbes, I already noticed, but plz check the attached pic for 1b section, I don't have voltage on output, this is the problem.
The second LED will not show up. 1a and 1c was green but nothing on second LED

This testboard was developed bij the company L-TEC from Germany. They has end there production for a few years. I don't think that you find that board. The machine has a double DC part (master and slave) in the top and a double AC block in the middle. You can seperate the two parts and try to weld with de DC part.

I have good news.
After some month we made one of DTD400 in 100% working condition, I will attach a link from welding alloy.
The second one will weld electrode now and in Tig, after first arc, it will stop welding, I changed all the bords from second to first one and first one still working. so I think it does not belong to control bords. Meanwhile, I should tell the first one had flat cable failure!
Enjoy welding.

The machine is new to me. I was welding OK in TIG AC. Suddenly the gas stopped working. The arc was still working. Now there is nothing from the torch. No gas and no HF or arc. I checked the torch itself and it is fine.
Hopefully I will be lucky and it will be the connection on the socket inside but it could be something else?

In first line you mentioned Arc available in second line you mention no Arc, which one is correct, I think it has internal gas flow switch, I will check again today and let you know, but need to know the situation of Arc too.

It does work with electrode!
I was welding - gas cut out - then a few seconds later arc cut out. It does sound like the gas flow switch perhaps? Would that stop the arc from firing?
I was hoping there was. Any idea what else to look for?
Machine powers up fine just nothing happens when you press the button on the torch.
Stick is fine.
I tried this today. I put 2 small drill bits down inside the pins - 1.5mm holes. I then shorted it with an insulated screwdriver. No gas flow. There were some small sparks coming from the screwdriver so definitely voltage flowing - I didn't test with a meter. Same sort of sparks you would get from a 9v battery - nothing much,
