Has anyone used this product:
http://www.rust.co.uk/epoxy-mastic.cfm
It seems to have won a Practical Classics award.
I have used POR 15 in the past. Sometimes it has done very well but there have been other times when there have been areas the have subsequently peeled. Perhaps because the surface did not have enough key. POR 15 recomend a sandblasted or pitted finish which I don't always have.
I have to say that when POR15 sticks well it takes some shifting, even with a wire brush in and angle grinder.
So I am considering switching.
The above site says their product does not peel and say it is effective over wire brush cleaned surfaces. My non sandblasted and non pitted surfaces tend to be rust free and have been wire brushed or coarse sanded and then cleaned with panel wipe.
