Which one would you choose?Just get some 10-40 semi synthetic oil from any of the main names, Shell, Petronas, Castrol, Repsol? It'll be fine.

What matters is the actual oil spec, and ensuring the spec is suitable for what you're putting it in.
5W-30 is a minefield, as there are that many different specs. Last time we spoke to our bulk oil supplier about consolidating oils, they said they had eleven 5W30 oils, and none were interchangeable, as different manufacturers specified different additives which weren't interchangeable.
