    Hi, I bought zx7-200 welder.

Where do I connect earth wire ?

Cables are 16mm2 and 1.5m length each, is this enough thicknes for 2.5-3.2mm sticks?

Definitely looks like it's for a 2 pin plug I recently bought a concrete poker that was 2 pin but it works ok on uk plug not sure if the welder will be ok due to power ,,

do you meant the welding cables?

the first picture shows the position. the welding electrode goes to the - and the ground return (do you mean earth) to the +

16mm2 should be fine for the welding cables. I doubt the unit has a high duty cycle

if you are on about the mains cable. the unit is not earthed from the look of the photos.

you could replace the mains cable with a 3 core and run the earth wire to the case
