rikrobson Member Messages 3,963 Location Perth, Scotland Dec 3, 2019 #4 do you meant the welding cables? the first picture shows the position. the welding electrode goes to the - and the ground return (do you mean earth) to the + 16mm2 should be fine for the welding cables. I doubt the unit has a high duty cycle if you are on about the mains cable. the unit is not earthed from the look of the photos. you could replace the mains cable with a 3 core and run the earth wire to the case
