Hey all newbie to the forums. I was working on a bike project and hammering on my work bench and being stoopid I managed to bounce the welder off and onto the floor. Tripped the RCD in the house and when switching on the welder now the switch on the back lights up but no lights on the front and no fans. I'm gutted as I started with some nogas mig last summer when I got myself a pressie of a new clarke mig but have really fallen in love with the stick (phrasing). I bagged the AT131 as a cheap ebay find and it even came with the scratch start TIG torch but I haven't even got round to trying it out yet. I do prefer the smaw for larger stuff and it's taught me a lot about better technique as uncle bumblefuck suggested in his vidjayos.
Anyway, what are the chances this is an easy fix? I've had the case off and there's no obvious loose connections or blown caps but I must've shorted something to blow the RCD on the consumer unit. The switch led lighting up means there's power to the unit but no torch light or fans means it's not getting to the inverter PCB? Any ideas?
