Just been watching the Teutonic Turnmeister Stefan Gotteswinter's latest YouTube clip.
In it he shows how he has ground the carbide insert in a cheap Glanze parting tool to make it cut like a hot knife through butter.
So Diamond grinding wheels...what sort should I get for general use? I want one for my second bench grinder. I imagine it would be good for sharpening tig tungstens as well.
Incidentally, if you saw Herr Gotteswinter's clip, I just stupidly passed up on the chance to get some rota broaches for nowt. What a numpty.
