I started this job a while ago and have been working on other stuff while the bosses and top-hat sleeves were being made. Now it's time to weld them in. First I have to assemble every thing so that it all lines up,and I can tack the bosses in place.Once that 's done I take it apart and then put the pin and top hats back in to keep the bosses from puling out of alignment as they are welded.I welded these with metal cored wire,(better pen then the solid wire we weld most things with and faster than flux cored wire).First fill the preps and then three good runs to finish.
