Hi all
I have an old NuMig welder that is actually a pretty good bit of equipment. However, it was in need of a new torch as the current one is a bit battered and the handle falling apart etc. So, I have a euro conversion socket and a new euro (Binzel) torch. I remeber seeing various 'how to' threads on here about 12 months ago but lost the bookmarks. I have tried inputting 'euro torch conversion' and variations into a search but didn't come up with what I was hoping; a step by step tutorial. Can anybody help?
Am I likely to have problems with the fact that my NuMig allows me to use fluxed wire and has different polarity sockets for this? I just have to swap them over on the outside of the box. I would very much like to retain the ability to use gasless wire as it is a godsend not having a garage to work on my car in. Smaller stuff I do in the workshop and use gas with standard mig wire.
Thank you.
