CNC Mill Conversion Advice

Hi All
Just bought a small Axminster RF25 Milling machine and would like to convert it to CNC.
It has a three phase motor fitted which runs through a inverter and can run upto
10,000 Rpm.

Does anyone have any experience of this conversion that could offer any advice with regard to stepper motor specs etc.

Any advice would be appreciated.
