Have you opened it to look? Could well be a burnt connection

The circuit diagram of a Clarke 130EN on Page 28 here may also apply to your machine:
As BrokenBiker said, you need to open the machine and look for burnt connections, scorch marks, and melted wires.
Does the relay on the control board click when you press the torch trigger? If not, check the small 230-to-25v transformer on that board.
